Since the dawn of time, (hu)man has put its mark on all manner of thing and discovery with the convention known as naming.
From Marina Bay to Budget Terminal, botched renaming and rebranding initiatives are something of a tradition in Singapore.
Has the public proved itself untrustworthy?

The Substation humbly placed its faith in the public by offering the chance to name what does not belong to us—the newly pedestrianised space in front of our building, currently known as Armenian Street Park.
