ABOUT ATDA
Adventures of the Temporal Displacement Agency (ATDA) is mixed-reality and immersive role-playing experience where five participants play pre-written protagonists in an unfolding story: Time travelling back to 1942 with the Temporal Displacement Agency to decide if the fall of Singapore is necessary to ensure the birth of a nation.
For audiences more familiar with conventional theatre, ATDA forms an extension of the forum theatre format, with the introduction of a greater agency on the participant’s part to take control over how the story plays out. The participants are expected to improvise with performers, creating a unique theatrical experience each time.
ATDA is proudly brought to you by The Substation and Void Deck Games Singapore.

Joanne Lim
Producer/ Experience Director of Void Deck Games.
Trained at the University of New South Wales as a designer, Joanne is an evangelist for live action role-playing games.
She knows that it’s not easy for a new player to immerse themselves in a fictional reality.
Joanne ensures that each newcomer slips into the imaginary world, suspending disbelief and easing into their roles as an imaginary character.
She charts every player’s journey in the game, from improvisation workshops, to designing props and signposting points of interaction.
Nothing is left to chance in the voyage to the sea of dreams.
